This morning we travel to Poole with time for sightseeing and lunch. In the afternoon we make a short journey to Athelhampton House & Gardens which, is a superb example of 15th-century Tudor Manor House and is set within 160 acres of beautiful gardens and parkland. The house contains many finely furnished rooms and artwork. The walled garden includes the famous topiary pyramids and collections of tulips, roses, magnolias, clematis and lilies.
